Primary beef suppliers for Long’s are Knee Deep Cattle Company for free range grass fed beef, and R&R Ranch for free range, finished with grain fed beef. We work with our ranchers and communicate about best practices in raising free range and hormone-free animals.
Our relationship with some of these ranchers and suppliers go back three or four decades. We value these relationships, they are part of our legacy and set us apart from other retail meat providers.
